It's not always easy to be kind to ourselves, whether it's because we haven't been taught how to or because we don't think we deserve it. 

As a mental health professional and as an adult who has always been curious about the internal world inside each of us,  I have come to the following conclusion: How you treat yourself really matters. Everyone needs a place to explore themselves without judgement and fear. Here is a space to do just that.
